Root recovery is broken!?

i cant get my phone to boot into recovery. im on the newest MIUI. i tried the built in reboot recovery and droid x recovery. the phones just reboots.

i also cant get rsd lite to pick up my phone to do an sbf. all the drivers are installed bla bla .

anyone have any ideas to try?

got it using terminal emulator
su enter
cat.jpg enter

then used droid x bootstrap
