Help Recovery mode help

My phone is a ZTE Warp N860. I dropped it in my sink so there was contact with water. I immediately took the battery out and dried off everything. The water damage indicator was still white. I powered my phone back up and it was fine for a while, but the volume up button didnt work. Later in the day my phone froze, then went into recovery mode. I don't know how to exit recovery mode without using the up button. Please Help! I have know idea what to do. My phone isn't rooted or anything, I have no idea what to do.

The impurities in the water eventually damaged the phone (because it was turned on - NEVER turn on a phone that's been in water until it's absolutely 100% dry). At least, you're in for a new motherboard. At worst, you're in for a new phone.

But everything works fine except for the up volume button. when I put my phone on the charger them power it up, it turns on fine.
