Help Recovery mode not working "No Command"

Hello guys,

I have a problem for a while now. My phone stopped working. Let me just tell you where it all started.

Okay so more than a year ago I purchased a My|Phone UNO Android phone and it is a version 5.1, right. It is running smoothly, it just have a storage shortage problem, which prevents me from updating it everytime there are updates available.

I believe the current version of it was March or February patch (Last time i checked it was 6.1.0 or 6.0.1), and I cannot update it to May patch. Because whenever I am updating it, it will have that android-guy-red-triangle-!-no-command logo, then it boots normally. But, from there it started many problems, one of which is whenever I finish charging the phone, there would be a problem connecting to the WiFi. So when I tried to connect to the Wifi and/or turn it on/off the phone will reboot and would get stuck to a bootloop (loading screen). I bypassed that bootloop a few times by taking the battery out and turning it on again. Then after charging it will start the process all over again. But after a few days it just stopped working.

It's been two weeks now since I last used my phone. And now there are no loading screen when I turn it on, it's showing the logo of My|Phone.

I tried the "Recovery Mode" via holding the power button and volume up key, but I am getting a "No Command" I also tried holding the vol up key for 10 seconds and tapping the power button but it is just not working for me.

What's a "My |Phone" exactly, a Chinese knock-off iPhone? If so, there's probably not a lot you can do with the thing, manufacturer is unknown and there's no support. I suspect something has corrupted in the firmware, and now it's basically bricked, probably irreparably.

OK. Well in its current state it sounds like it's definitely bricked, and needs to be re-flashed with the original manufacturer's firmware. Likely the only people who can do it are them, i.e. MyPhone service. Because it doesn't look like they make it available for doing it yourself. As the recovery is apparently hosed as well "No command", which probably leaves only fastboot, that would require the manufacturer's software tools and a PC to get it going again.

Look at this guide starting at step 4. Seems that you have to press power tthen volume up to finish entering recovery

I managed to go the recovery mode.
But when I did the "wipe data/factory reset" it's says:

-- clearing data..
-- clearing cache..
then
-- E: failed to mount/cache (Invalid argument)"
Got back to the dead android logo then stuck to the My|Phone logo again.

Also in "wipe cache partition" I got these:

-- E: Can't mount/cache/recovery/log
-- E: Can't open/cache/recovery/log
-- E: Can't mount/cache/recovery/log
-- E: Can't open/cache/recovery/log
-- E: Can't mount/cache/recovery/log
-- E: Can't open/cache/recovery/log

In "Reboot to bootloader" it is just a black screen and a text at the bottom saying "=> FASTBOOT mode... " It's sitting there for 10 minutes so I removed the battery again.

OK, It's sitting in fastboot mode. It's now waiting for you to connect a PC(Windows) via USB and have the appropriate firmware flashing tool ready with drivers installed, which I presume would come from MyPhone, Philippines. Yeh, I think you'll have to seek MyPhone service for this..$$, as it's not available online. Otherwise you're looking at buying a new phone. Removing the battery won't do anything.
