Help Recovery mode

Can't find an answer on Goodle...
Trying to get into recovery mode to perform a Nadndoid backup (using Quick Boot) I get stuck at the triangle with an

I have successfully gotten into clockwork mod and done a backup...:o

however I have yet to perform a restore using it just on the fear that it may crash... that is, until a sbf file becomes public...

If you do feel like doing the restore to test it.... let me know your results as it will help in my quest to get rom manager working properly with the Dpro
