Having the same problems as you man, running windows 7 64-bit, found the motorola 64 bit drivers but I still get that the device is never detected when running the recovery aio file.

This solved my problem.

I had tried several different methods on my Windows 8.1 laptop but after much frustration, I sat down and read all that I could find on this. I registered here to give you a huge thank you for this post. I went back to my XP 32-bit laptop and the method in the OP here worked like a charm. Thanks to all of you.

I am having a problem.

I ran the RecoveryAIO.bat once and picked option and it said "error:device not found" Any idea how to fix this ?

I am new to this forum I have a pan tech burst I would like to root but I am not tech savy at all can u help with step by step instructions on what to do exactly the reason I want to root is I want to upgrade to 4.4 and have more app space on this phone

Hello, I happened to come across a hand full of these devices. Is there a way to get these (VZ) Breakouts unlocked (carrier sim)? I got the device rooted. That's as far as I can get. This devices doesn't show the input code for unlocking the device.
