Help Recovery?

Recently I've deleted a video a long time ago by mistake from my internal storage, is there any way to recover that video without rooting, if so can I know the procedure? If rooting is the only solution that is fine, I just need the procedure to do so. My phone has never had a factory reset since then so I was wondering if it was still possible to recover that video.

I have an LG G4 (LG-H812) and my carrier is Fido.

If the deletion occurred some time ago then it's very likely that at least some of the file has been overwritten. i wouldn't hold out much hope tbh.
