Help Recycle Bin

When I delete something, it says removed to the recycle bin..... I assume there is not really a bin,,,,,, like there is in windows ???? If there is, where is it??? Galaxy s-3

In Windows delete means 'well, maybe, sleep over it, think it through, maybe you'll feel different about it in the morning; let me put it aside for you in the meanwhile'. In Android delete means delete. There is no bin

Root and use diskdigger to recover files, you CAN root with the 4.3 upgrade on vzw

ES File Manager now has a recycle bin built-in, but you need to be rooted to be able to turn it on.
