When I got my sgs5 from Vodafone I could have a few free entertainment packs with the red 4g plan, around 3 months in I opted for Spotify as Netflix would have been a 6month only deal, and Spotify was for 24 or end of my Contract while I was on red 4g, the other day I received a text telling me I had 10 days left and I needed to cancel it or I'd be charged £9.99 pm there after, thus is not what I signed up for as it should be free.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I've called them but as usual the numpty on the end of the phone does not believe anything you say and just looks at the system, she claims it was only ever 6months free and the'll have to do a phone conversation case to see what was said, when in fact surely they should have some records of their previous Web offers?
