noticed today that each time I open or a sound comes or whatever change in the screen whatsoever it gives some red borders. It has never happened and I have never done anything to this phone I just bought it. Any ideas as to what it could mean?
I got it, it was in developers options . some setting was checked whereit would flash red borders if an app was using lots of cpu time or something like that.
