Root red question mark over phone icon when flashing?

Hi guys,

I've been running defrost ROM, but wanted to try opendesire for the 720 video.

But whenever I try to flash a new ROM using ROM manager, the phone re-boots as normal, but I get a n icon of the phone with a red question mark above it... The phone then just re-boots as normal without flashing anything?

Any ideas?

ROM Manager doesn't work for everyone, just do it manually.
