Help Redmi 3S Prime

My phone is the one I mentioned above. I got frustrated with MIUI I rooted it and installed TWRP and installed Lineage OS 14.1. I went to TWRP and was going to flash SuperSU but it wasn't showing my internal storage I think I went to wrong directory and in Jio network it wasn't VoLTE. I need help to root and enable VoLTE.

Bare in mind this ROM on this phone is very much alpha/beta, and so things could very well be broken and not working correctly. Do you know if VoLTE is supposed to be working correctly, or if the Lineage OS devs still need to work on it?
