Reduce Photo Size?

I realize this sounds lame, but I use my phone for work and am required to email the photos from each job I visit in a day. The only way this worked on the Note 2 was to use the smallest resolution (640x480, 0.3 M) so that my email wouldn't get held up sending 50 mb worth of photos.

Now, with the Note 3 the smallest photo size is like 1 MB.

Does anyone know of an app that will reduce multiple photos prior to emailing
OR alternately
Does anyone know of a 3rd party camera app that will allow me to take smaller photos?

Try ProCapture (used to be called ProAdvance) for the camera (is excellent imo, allows shooting down to VGA size) and Reduce Photo Size for cropping and resizing. I've been using them both for a couple of years.
