Help Reformat the SD card as Portable

A

Android Question

Guest
Hello,
I have a bq Aquaris X5 Plus and about a week ago, I've bought a 16Gb SD card. I formatted it as internal memory. But now I am noticing that the phone is slow sometimes when opening or close some apps. I've gone to the storage option and moved all the apps to the real internal memory, but my phone is overall slower that it used to be. But there isn't an option to move all the files to the internal storage. My question is, how do I move everything to the internal storage so I can format it to portable without losing any important files? I just want to have my music on the SD card.

If you have space on the internal storage use a file browser to move or copy the data.

If not, connect the phone to a computer and copy the data to there. Then after reformatting you can copy them back (you can even use a card reader for that as the card will no longer be encrypted).
