Help Refurbished Phone problem

Hi everyone,
So I got a my replacement Galaxy Nexus in the mail and I activated it and everything but my internet doesn't work. I basically have absolutely no coverage at all. Im guessing maybe I activated it wrong.Anybody know whats wrong?

how did you activate it? Is this a GSM model or VZW? If it's a VZW model all you had to do was take the sim out of your old one and pop it in the new one.

would you mind editing the title of this thread and put either [gsm] , [sprint] or [vzw]. Thanks :)
