Regarding internet Setting

Hi sir,

i am harilal from soudi arabia . I have one android smartphone sony x peria ray and my internet sim card is zain , before i used my internet without any problems . Importunately my mobile phone wants to be reset ,now i cannot use my internet , i also check my internet setting but i cannot find anything from there ,can you gave to me a solution for this as soon as possible ,
