Registering Phone Issue

This may seem like a stupid question but I want to make sure I register this correctly with Samsung.

What all did you put, if you ordered your phone through VerizonWireless.com, for the following questions:

Store Name:
Store City:
Store State:

Because they don't have a Verizon option, so I put Wireless Provider for store name, then for city I have VerizonWireless.com, and no state selected.

Will this fly with them and cause me any issues later for whatever reason?

I feel so dumb asking this.

As long as you have your receipt (or a copy of the original) you are ok; in the US you are not required to register a warranty to get warranty work, but they can require you to show it is still under warranty and you are the original owner.

Case in point, I had the Note 1 and had to get the s-pen replaced, it did not matter that I registered it, only that I had my receipt.

I registered with them and put exactly what I had. Seems it worked out just fine. Hopefully I'll never have to use my warranty! Hopefully...
