Reinstall rom

Hey, My brother has given me Samsung Anycall Galaxy S from Korea.Model-SHW-M110S,Firmware version 2.3.6. In the phone there are some data like photos and videos. So many times I deleted these but after restart the data come back. I formatted that so many times but it doesn't work. If i install any apps in it but after restart the apps doesn't work.If i take any photo after restart I don't get the photo.So i wana change the rom. Plz help me.
 
First restart to Recovery. Then wipe everything, all the caches and do a factory restart.

The problem you have is like what happens when you flash a new ROM but don't wipe the data from the old ROM.
