Root Reinstall system...?

Is there any way to format and reinstall my /system partition without clockworkmod? I restored an ICS keyboard into my system partition (cause thats where I backed it up in titanium backup) because my keyboards are crap and now my phone won't boot. It just gets stuck in a boot loop. I don't have clockworkmod and I cant install it with Odin or heimdall. I could probably maybe use adb though. Either way this phone is going in a shredder when my month of service is done.

Clear all your cache data and factory reset. That helps sometimes.
