Root Reinstalling System Apps

I deleted some system apps and would like to redownload the app i already have the apk file. When i tried to reinstall it tells me application is not installed. Any way or tips on how to reinstall the system app? Also the app isnt that important so my phone is still working normkally.

That's expected. Try just copying the APKs (and accompanying .odex files) to the /system/app/ directory and then reboot your phone.
