Root Reinstalling User Apps causing boot loop?

After wiping Dalvic, Cache, System, and Data, installing Curtis's ICS Elite Rom, I then boot up, sign into Google account, download Titanium Backup, and restore my 89 user apps. (Don't ask lol.) After that is done, when I go to reboot the phone it gets stuck in a boot loop. It fully boots up. Then the screen flicks on and off a few times and it reboots right back to the boot animation Curtis put in. It goes rigt past the LG logo and doesn't even display it. And it will boot up and do it over and over. Right now I went back to Cyanbread Nandroid I had made and even now I still think I have a data corruption on my nandroid as my apps are there in manage apps but wont be displayed in the app drawer and I see them as greyed out icons in manage apps. This is getting really confusing and I have NO idea why my phones doing this and why that Rom wont boot properly after rebooting it once I have it booted up. /: Then it's screwed. Can ANYONE help me in ANYWAY possible? I know this is a really giving community so if someone can help me, I can pull and upload any kind of file you would need to look at to discover my problem. Thank you ahead of time to whoever attempts to help me. :)

Hmmm, can you post a log of this happening?

Sometimes Data can cause major issue's
you may need to flash a fresh copy of the rom and just select the core apps you want from google play, delete the backups because you know they are causing issues.
phone should be fine then.

Ktb, how would I get the log? What command? I already restored a nandroid from a different rom. (CyanBread.) I don't have a computer also so i'd have to know how to do it from my phone. And thanks NGD1 I'll probably look into that as that seems my best bet. I think it might be necause I'm installing sooo many apps in one sitting as well. So I'll think I'll try like 10 at a time.

Since you don't have a computer available, it may be tricky to capture a log of the problem. adb logcat > logcatlog.txt would prob. be the most helpful. You could try searching for an app that might start upon boot and record logcat to /sdcard, but even if one exists I doubt that would work given the situation.

Maybe you could try something like the bootlog uptime app. You can set it to save a kmsg log to /sdcard when a crash occurs. However, that prob. will not help since I doubt the problem is related to the kernel.
