Reject calls applications don't work

Hi.

I am looking for a application to reject (hangup) all calls or predefined numbers. I downloaded tons of app from the market but they refuse to work.
I mean i set to hangup but my phone still rings, the only thing the app does is to shows a notice in the status bar.

what to do to auto hangup?
