I'm a bit of a mobile dunce really and was given a Samsung Galaxy Mini GT S5570 a couple of months ago which was on Orange (I think). A friend of mine unlocked it for my Giff Gaff sim and maybe did some other bits to it but I don't know what. A few weeks ago I was playing around with the settings, changing things on the status bar, changing the clock type/colour etc. Ever since then the phone has stopped taking incoming calls, although I can call out perfectly fine. (don't know if this is due to a setting that I selected or not?!). When this first started, my phone would flash and then register a missed call but not give me an option to answer it, the caller would get a ring tone (i think) once, and then go straight to voicemail. I thought it may be due to me turning the voicemail on and so turned this off again but still the calls are taken as missed. I have asked on the Giff Gaff forum if anyone knew of the problem and they said it was with the phone (the local phone shop didn't know either) and none of my friends can work it out. Also, my phone won't respond when plugged into my laptop which it had been doing previously (the usb on both the phone and laptop are fine though when charging and every other use). Please can someone tell me how to fix it?! (preferably without restoring to factory settings as i don't want it to be network locked again!)
