Remains of App crap

Nope. How would the app know what files are associated with which apps? Consider how many apps there are in the Market. Consider how many new apps are added each day.
 
I wouldn't be to concerned about the remnants of uninstalled apps as they take up very minimum space. The only action I can think of if you really don't want any of these files is find out what files are affiliated with the uninstalled app then delete them or factory reset the phone then re-install only the apps you want on the phone. I've installed/uninstalled a few apps on my phone and don't find it a problem with orphaned files.
 
Normally, removing crapware is not much of a problem — until you start dealing with antivirus programs, specifically Norton. I know people who have purchased its time-limited trialware just to avoid the pain of removing it. That’s not right. Oddly enough, Symantec must feel the pain. It has a special Web site with removal tools for many of its current antivirus products.
