Help Remo Recovery Problems

I have a ZTE Avid 4G, and am attempting to restore deleted music folders. I used two different programs, and neither would recognize my Android device. I'm using Remo again, and it says "Android device not detected ! A cable might be unplugged." How do I fix this?

Make sure you've installed the ZTE Android Driver in your computer.
