Remote Access From PC

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know if there is a way to remotely access your Android device, whilst not being on the same network?

I work for an IT company and increasingly, our clients are using more and more Android devices in their day-to-day running of operations. I'm looking for something that will enable remote access onto the device, so it can be controlled as though the device were in front of me.

I've scoured Google probably for the last hour, but have come up short.

If anyone knows of a way in which this can be done, I would greatly appreciate it.

Both of those answers above are not what the OP was looking for. The OP is looking to control his Android from his PC, not the other way around.
 
I use the free open-source Webkey app to control my phone from my PC, but it requires root. Actually I mostly use it to do tech support for my mom's Android phone which is on the other side of the country!
 
using teamveawer to comnect from tablet to PC...working great. Also connection works from PC to android but do not found out how control tablet":-) because mouse dors not work..hh
