remote car unlock and lock using android

hey guys ! m new to this forum as well as in field of android applications.i hit upon an idea on how to replace a car remote control.means i want to switch the features of car remote into android..the main thing i think is that send a specific radio frequency to car from the android phone to lock or unlock the car...so guys can u help me out on how to send radio signals from android..?

you cant, the phones radios are specific frequencies, 700MHz to the 2100MHZ range for transmit and receive and your cars remotes work of an entirely different frequency range, 315MHz.

Systems like OnStar that can do all of those features, use the cellular network and these are proprietary channels with in a specific frequency range.
