Apps Remote Host Tool Plugin for IntelliJ MISSING

I am interested in using the "Remote Host Tool Window" in IntelliJ (https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/help/remote-host-tool-window.html).

Unfortunately, it isn't present. It depends on the "Remote Hosts Access" plugin, which is supposedly bundled, but that isn't present; furthermore, it isn't listed in the plugins available nor can I find it on the web.

Does this still exist? If so, how/where can I obtain it?

From IntelliJ Support:

• Remote Host Tool Window is still available via «Remote Host Access» plugin in IDEA. Not available in Android Studio.
• Android Studio is based on IDEA core code, but it is developed by Google.
• Online documentation is for IDEA, not for Android Studio. Android Studio is a narrow tool for Android development, so it doesn't have all IDEA features.
