Remotely wipe a device

Hello all,

I'm looking for an app (free if possible) which allows me to remotely wipe an android device in case of theft.

It should support multiple devices, and have a centralized console. I'd also like it to be uninstallable for an end user.

¿Do you know any app that could do so?

I'm sure Android Device Manager can do all that. Free as well.
