what applications need to stay on my phone as its saying internal memory full and i cant receive messages even though i have deleted all my inbox is there a list of all the apps that should stay or be removed

.It would help to know what phone you have since different models have different internal memory sizes and also which pre-installed apps might be able to be removed.
You could try clearing your browser cache for a temporary gain in space:
Settings -> Apps -> Browser -> Clear cache
Also, different apps have different space requirements and usage, so you might need to examine the various apps you have on your device to see how much storage space they are using (i.e., view each app you've installed like in the above (Settings -> Apps -> selected app, view Storage and Cache usage). Be careful about clearing data, though, since that will affect what settings and things that the app has stored for you.
