Remove a notification

Hmm, that screen looks completely different from my screen to turn off notifications. Is that in the app list? (I just picked the Amazon app for example)

There are more options in the "categories" tab to remove/edit notifications

What device do you have there?

The VPN runs as a system process, so you might not be able to as it's basically a ongoing security status notification, along with the associated VPN key icon in the status bar to indicate that the VPN is actually connected and is secure. This is how it looks on my Huawei, and I can't dismiss it, but as soon as the VPN is disconnected the notification disappears. On my phone it's ExpressVPN that initiates it.

BTW there's also an ongoing music player notification, which can be swiped away but then the music stops playing.

Makes sense. I've never tried a Virtual Private Network though.
