I'm trying to remove corporate e-mail from my personal android phone. The obvious option is disabled for the Exchange account in my Email app.
I spoke with IT, but they aren't familiar with android. They said they disabled activesync and removed the partnership with my phone, but that didn't help. I still can't remove the account, and the Email app seems to be stuck in an infinite loop attempting to sync.
I'm running Android 2.3.3.
Any ideas? I'm hoping I don't have to wipe the entire phone.
