Help Remove camera icon on lock screen

I just got a Kyocera Rise. Is there anyway of getting the camera icon off of the lock screen?

Don't believe you can without a custom launcher.

You could try holo locker. Slide left for camera slide right to unlock.
If you buy the plus version you can add short cuts.

I use pattern unlock and no camera icon there.
