I bought a used phone, put it on my line, and now it isn't working.
Specifically, I can't place calls, get 3g, text, nothing.
The phone is the Samsung Galaxy S Epic 4g(Not Touch), through Sprint.
I took it in to Sprint, I was told I had to remove the mod.
Here's the thing, I don't know how.
I did not install the mod, I don't know how to install a mod, and most importantly, I have no idea how to UNINSTALL the mod, or remove the root.
Help?
