I noticed that my calendar is showing holidays, which I don't want (this is the stock android calendar on my phone...google, i guess?). How do I remove them? Can't find any kind of setting options for the calendar. TIA!
"Holidays" is a calendar you typically subscribe to. In settings there should be an option to uncheck it. I have 4 "calendars" that I can show or hide any of them: "Google acct.", "Holidays", "Contacts birthdays", and "Moon phases".
When I open my calendar and hit the Menu button, select More and then Calendars, where is this setting for the moon phases? I don't see any of the things you've mentioned.
When it shows your google accounts, does it have a small arrow under it to expand? Click on that arrow and it show more options. Tried to upload a screenshot, but having trouble with it. I'll try again when I can get to a computer.
I do all my calendar tweaking on my PC, then it syncs to phone. On a PC just click the pulldown arrow next to "Other Calendars" and you'll get to here:
