Root Remove ICS ROM?

I want to remove the ICS rom (uploaded by MJZZ) from my SGSII. It has been constantly having issues with opening apps (90% of apps crash immediately) and freezing.

I want to remove the ROM but keep all of the apps/contact info/app data and keep the phone rooted. Is this possible?

Yes the easiest was is to do a one click odin back to el29 the current sprint version. Backup your stuff because it will be necessary to do a clean install. Watch qbking77 videos for more detailed directions . He has some links from this forum.
