Remove link to App and Game Announcements?

Since the Development forum has been moved up directly below where the Apps forum is, would it make sense to remove the link? It's not a hidden forum anymore.
 
The link is there to encourage app developers to post there instead of Android Applications/Games, not because it would make it easier to find. I suspect that's still a problem with the new organisation.
 
Thanks guys, I just feel like it's a constant of moving threads from the Apps and Games forum (and likely will always be that way). Didn't know if it would cut down on clutter, streamline things or be better for all the members.
An alternate idea would be to host that forum (Announcements) in both the Apps and Games. That way a dev. can post in that forum regardless of what it is and it'll be consolidated into one place. Just thinking out loud. :)
 
Just be happy you no longer have to wear out mice on a weekly basis moving threads from Apps the Announcements anymore.:D
