Remove music not on device

I have a DROID Razr HD, I put an old microSD card in my phone and transferred a few songs onto my device, then unmounted and removed the microSD card, but the 400+ songs that were on the SD that I didn't add are showing up not only in play music, but ringtone creator and winamp also. I've tried refreshing within the app, cleared data, turned the phone off and on, used a cache cleaning app, but still can't find any other option to get rid of them. When I try to play one, of course I get the error "Couldn't play the track you requested"

Use Rescan Media to force a media rescan. For some reason (maybe you have rescanning turned off) your phone isn't being rescanned when you unmount the card.
