Root Remove slide lock

I have searched for this & didn't find an answer.

I am running Cyanogenmod. 6.1 and I would like to have just the pin number pad come up when I wake the phone and get rid of the slide lock all together.

I read that this ROM has this capability but I cannot find the setting.

Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction.

It's under cyanogen settings, input settings scroll to bottom, button settings. You can remove the slider but not the screen. You have to set the menu or track ball button to unlock before it will let you remove the slider. And you can't set the power button to unlock, that's my wish

Thanks cipher6... I wish the power button could be set too. Oh well it is now close to what I wanted.

I found this. Cyanogen settings, user interface settings, at the bottom screen lock settings, you can set the delay between when the screen turns off and when the lock screen comes on. The longest is 30 minutes. This works pretty good for me.
