Remove unnecessary metro PCS or Android apps

I want to free up memory on my Samsung Admire. I have a 4gb memory card in it right now. When downloading apps from googleplay the phone says non sufficiant storage.

Unfortunately a lot of apps do not let you download straight to SD card, most default to internal storage, however, this can be fixed by rooting your device which will allow you to download apps to wherever you want. Root it and get Titanium Backup, this app lets you remove bloatware that cannot be removed by default, and also lets you move apps to SD card that cant be moved by default either...
