Help Remove Vodafone apps from SGS2?

i dont want to really root my S2 due to the small risk but wondered if i could remove any vodafone or other apps without any problems.

when i go into manage apps the vodafone ones such as 360 my web and the music shop apps have the option to uninstall but i didnt want to do it incase it caused any problems. any ideas?

any overall recommendations what to remove, what settings to change etc for better battery life? mine isnt too bad lasting about 2 days with a full charge with some reasonable usage but wondered if i can better that. i know the obvious ones such as reduce screen brightness and not to use live wallpapers etc. any more without rooting the phone?

thanks guys

Hey. I got my GS2 the other day and rooted in within 10mins. its really easy. just read and apply :). then i bought bloat freezer from app market for 60p. well worth it, freezes all the bloat ware i had :D

cheers mate.

at some point, maybe when the shine has worn off my new toy i may root it but as i say, currently i simply want to see if i can remove those 360 apps and any others?

thx again

Thx eclap.

The thing that confused me with the xda process is the mentioning of stock kernels of different ones. Surely if people want to flash to ke7 that should be the only one available as a link. Also the mentioning of whether or not it is a single file with all 3 parts in or individual files?
Being a nube it confused me enough to put me off
