Help removing an e-mail account

If I delete an e-mail account on my phone does that mean I won't have access to it on my PC. I don't want this account on my phone, only my PC. Please advise, thank you.
My phone is a LG OptimusM

Just remember that your original Gmail is your online signature, so if you ever buy an application off of the Play Store as long as you re-download it with that same Gmail you shouldn
