If you refer to any app then, from your homescreen, you would need to hit menu, apps, all apps, select the app you want and then you should be presented with a screen with various options, including the option to uninstall.
If you mean apps that were pre-installed on your phone when you purchased it, then you would need to root. Rooting is quite an involved process... you should sign up for a free account and head to the All Things Root section for your device
