Root Removing Bloatware

I am completely new to rooting android devices so bear with me on this one. I rooted the device using the one click root, and purchased root explorer as that is what everyone seems to recommend. Now I just need to navigate to where all this MetroPCS bloatware junk is located. Should I be deleting .apks in the /data/app dir or in /system/app dir? I'm trying to get rid of this stupid MobilePosse app.

Worked great for me.

A mod should edit the first post to say that a factory reset is OPTIONAL - Luckily I didn't do that, but I could see someone doing that and being pissed.

Also, after doing this I got an error where my phone said it was analzing the SD card, and was stuck like that. After rebooting the phone it rechecked it for errors, and then finally said it's ok to read/write.
