Root Removing Clockwordmod?

Is there a way to do this. I want to update the phone but cant because clockwordmod prevents it from doing so. So is there a way i can get the stock recovery image on it? If so where can I get it from and how do I do so.

I thought i saw a stock recovery.img floating around here, you would flash it via adb commands...
(cmd ( administrator) navigate to directory w/ adb and your stock recovery.img)
adb-windows.exe reboot bootloader
fastboot-windows.exe flash recovery stock_recovery.img(or w/e file name is)
fastboot-windows.exe reboot
adb-windows.exe reboot recovery

DONT do anything though w/out verifying first...and I'll look myself where i saw that stock recovery image..
