Root removing clockwork mod without activation

So im a little forgetful about all my android hacking.
Sold my droid X, and thought that a factory reset would remove the CWM.

However, it doesnt do it from a battery pull but a soft reset initializes the CWM.

Since its going to an ebay buyer, id like to remove it before I Send it.
But, I already did the factory reset, and its not my current phone so I cant activate it.

How do I remove this before I ship it?
