Root Removing CM9

i rooted my motorola triumph and installed cm9 on it but didnt really like it, how do i remove it? i dont mind leaving it rooted i just want to get my phone back to my stock rom

If you didn't make a nandroid backup of your stock rom before your flash CM9.

Please try the CM7 ROM or the Sharp ROM. They are both light years better than stock.
