Root Removing Debian files = Boot loop.. Help..?

Ok.. I have bricked my phone.
I tried installing Debian a while back and didn't get it to work, but that's not the issue. Apparently trying to manually delete the Debian files using a root browser is not the best way to get rid of it. All the Debian files would delete except for bootdeb. I then used an app to wipe Dalvik Cache because I have a habit of doing so to reboot.
And BAM it's in a boot loop at the Samsung logo.

I have stock ROM, stock recovery, and root. I can get to download mode and recovery.

I'm going blind in these forums, so..
What is the EASIEST way to fix this?

I'm not a noob, but I'm quickly getting confused with all these programs like Odin, ADB, SDK..

Is there even a way to flash the ROM without a custom recovery?
