Help Removing EA Games

Hi

I'd like to know if it is possible to remove EA Games which is a system app. Mcafee as found -

/system/app/magicbox-ea.apk|asset/DeadSpace.apk|classes.dex

And claims it to be malware but when I try and remove it, I am unsuccessful.

Any ideas?

If your device is running 4.0 or higher, you can disable the app in the main settings of the device under apps. Otherwise if you actually want to delete the app, then you will have to root the device. Once rooted, it can be deleted with titanium backup.
