Help removing jelly bean from gs3

I want to remove jelly bean from my gs3 and doe the OTA update because seems to be bugs in my manual updated one. I tried the factory reset but it did not remove the jelly bean 4.1. Thanks

Hello jessea2503 and welcome aboard.

I'm afraid you cannot remove the update once it's been updated. If I recall I believe you can downgrade your version if you root.

A factory reset only resets your data, settings and makes everything look like a new phone. You can use Odin to downgrade.

This is why im patiently waiting for the OTA one...I just have a bad feeling about the manual update.

How would I go about removing the manual update using odin??
Is it hard to do?
