Well im from singapore and when i connect my phone to pc companion , they said my phone was updated . Some of my friends told me to repair it for 2.3.3 gingerbread and i tried it , but when im in step 2 : prepare . They told me to press and hold back key and slide the notification bar , but im only seeing a battery sign thr ... No bar or anything .

First thing, use the Update Service instead of PC Companion as it is a little more robust when it comes to this function. Also this is run with the phone turned off so the steps are a little more straight forward.
